Private or small group (max 3 people) classes at home

When it's hard to balance work, love, kids, pets, friends and social engagements, that's when you know you need to focus on you. One hour for yourself is not selfish, is necessary. 

If you're one of the people listed below, private classes are for you.

1. You're a beginner, and you want to get yourself ready for group classes - both physically and mentally. I get it. When I started my fitness journey, I exercised with a personal trainer first. He taught me proper technique and that's what kept me away from injuries all these years. If you want to learn to do the poses safely and correctly before joining a studio, I'm here for you.

2. You're an intermediate with specific goals. I get it. You want to learn arm balances, but only a few teachers have crow or maybe side crow in their flows. Or you have some back pain, need modifications, and you can't keep up during class. You want more, and you're tired of browsing YouTube for videos. You want something made just for you. Great, let's talk! 

What you need:  

  • Just space and comfortable clothes. If you have your own Yoga mat, great.


  • Private: £40 per 1h class  
  • 2 people: £20 per person per 1h class  
  • 3 people: £15 per person per 1h class

In this seven weeks course, you'll get private access to me not only as a Yoga teacher but as a life coach and therapist. Every week, as we go through a new Chakra, we'll focus on different areas of life. We'll explore and restore balance using Yoga*, meditation, breathing exercised and habit changes.

After ten years in a different industry, I had an itch to get out there and do something that creates positive impact.
